1. NATURE OF INFORMATION AND PURPOSE LIMITATION

All information provided within the TFGI ecosystem is strictly intended for informational, educational, developmental, and internal organizational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, legal, investment, or career-related advice. Members are expected to independently evaluate and interpret all information before acting upon it, as the Club does not guarantee applicability or suitability to individual circumstances.

2. FINANCIAL NON-GUARANTEE AND OUTCOMES

TFGI does not in any way guarantee financial returns, profits, income generation, employment outcomes, or business success arising from membership or participation in its ecosystem. 4. INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT AND DECISION MAKING

All Members are required to exercise independent judgment when engaging with information, initiatives, or opportunities presented within the Club. The Club does not assume responsibility for personal decisions made by Members, and any reliance placed on its content or communication is strictly at the Member’s own discretion and risk. Members are encouraged to undertake personal due diligence before making any commitments.

5. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Participation in all initiatives, programs, and activities within TFGI is entirely voluntary unless explicitly stated otherwise through formal agreements. Members retain the autonomy to choose their level of engagement. The Club shall not be held responsible for outcomes arising from voluntary participation or non-participation in any activity.

6. NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

Membership within TFGI does not constitute employment, partnership, agency, or contractual job placement of any kind. The Club does not function as an employer or recruitment entity and does not guarantee employment opportunities or career placement as a result of membership or participation in its ecosystem.

7. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER

The Club is not responsible for any third-party services, platforms, individuals, or organizations referenced or engaged with through its ecosystem. Any external interaction is undertaken solely at the Member’s own discretion, and the Club does not endorse or assume liability for such external entities unless expressly stated in official communication.

8. INFORMATION ACCURACY AND MEMBER SUBMISSIONS

While the Club strives to maintain accurate and reliable information, it does not guarantee completeness, correctness, or timeliness of all content shared. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that any information they submit is accurate and not misleading. The Club shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations originating from Member submissions.

The Club does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its digital systems, platforms, or services. The Club shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, delay, or data loss arising from such occurrences.

10. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, REFUNDS, AND REVERSALS

All financial transactions conducted within the TFGI ecosystem are subject to applicable processing conditions, including administrative and transaction fees. Where refunds or reversals are approved, such amounts shall be processed after deduction of all applicable charges incurred during the original transaction and processing stages. Members accept full responsibility for any financial or personal outcomes resulting from their engagement with the Club, including decisions influenced by its information or initiatives.

12. MODIFICATION AND EVOLUTION OF STRUCTURE

The Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, initiative, or structure at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Membership frameworks, systems, and opportunities may evolve in line with operational, strategic, or governance requirements, and continuity of any specific feature is not guaranteed.

13. UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIONS

The Club shall not be bound by any statements, promises, or representations made by Members or unauthorized individuals. Only officially issued communications from designated Club authorities shall be considered valid and binding. Any external or informal representation shall not create liability for the Club.

14. INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS

Members agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its leadership, representatives, and affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation, actions, or misuse of information within the ecosystem. This includes any breach of rules, misuse of systems, or independent decisions made by the Member.

15. ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By engaging with the TFGI ecosystem in any form, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer in its entirety. Continued participation signifies voluntary acceptance of all risks, limitations, and conditions outlined herein as part of the governance structure of the Club.
