Membership Code of Conduct
Last Updated: April 11, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
1.1 As The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) continues to evolve from a collective idea into a structured and purpose-driven ecosystem, the founders recognize a fundamental truth: that no system, regardless of how well designed, can endure without a culture strong enough to sustain it. Structure alone does not build legacy. It is the standards behind that structure, lived daily through the conduct of its members, that determine its strength, longevity, and impact.
1.2 This Code of Conduct Charter (hereinafter referred to as “the Code”) is therefore established not merely as a set of rules, but as a living framework of values, expectations, and behavioral standards that define what it means to belong to TFGI. It exists to preserve the identity of the Club, protect its vision, and ensure that every Member contributes meaningfully to a culture that is intentional, disciplined, and aligned.
1.3 The founders acknowledge that what is being built within TFGI is not casual, temporary, or accidental. It is deliberate. It is structured. And most importantly, it is generational in intent. As such, membership within the Club is not based solely on interest or association, but on alignment with the standards, responsibilities, and expectations that govern the ecosystem.
1.4 This Code applies to all Members of TFGI, regardless of category, class, role, or level of participation. It governs behavior across all environments in which the Member represents, engages with, or is associated with the Club, including physical meetings, digital platforms, initiatives, partnerships, and public spaces where the identity of the Club may be reflected.
1.5 The purpose of this Code is to establish a clear and consistent behavioral standard that ensures accountability, discipline, respect, and excellence across the entire membership body. It seeks to create an environment where trust is preserved, contribution is valued, and growth is intentional.
1.6 Members are expected to understand that this Code is not restrictive in nature, but rather formative. It is designed to refine character, guide conduct, and prepare individuals to operate within a system that demands responsibility, integrity, and long-term thinking.
1.7 This Code shall be read and interpreted alongside the Constitution of the Club, the Terms and Conditions of Membership, and all other governance instruments that collectively define the operational and cultural framework of TFGI.
1.8 By accepting membership, participating in Club activities, or engaging with its systems, each Member acknowledges their obligation to uphold this Code in full, recognizing that culture is not enforced by words alone, but by consistent action.
1.9 This Charter represents the commitment of the Club to build not just a network of individuals, but a disciplined, value-driven community of builders, thinkers, and leaders who operate with clarity, purpose, and accountability.
2. FOUNDATIONAL STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
2.1 At the core of The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) lies a defining principle: that culture must precede structure, and standards must anchor vision. The founders recognize that without a shared understanding of expectations, values, and behavioral discipline, even the most well-designed systems risk fragmentation, inconsistency, and eventual collapse. It is therefore upon these foundational standards that the identity, strength, and continuity of the Club are built.
2.2 These standards are not theoretical ideals, nor are they aspirational statements detached from reality. They are drawn from lived experience — from sacrifice made without guarantee, from commitment demonstrated without supervision, and from decisions taken in moments where integrity mattered more than convenience. They represent the cultural DNA of the Club and serve as the benchmark against which all Members are expected to operate.
2.3 The Foundational Standards of Conduct define what it means to belong to TFGI. They outline the expectations placed upon every Member, not as conditions of restriction, but as principles of refinement. They distinguish those who merely associate with the Club from those who are truly aligned with its vision, purpose, and long-term mission.
2.4 Membership within TFGI is therefore not passive. It is participatory. It is intentional. It is demanding. It requires individuals who are willing to commit, to contribute, to grow, and to uphold standards that go beyond convenience and comfort. These standards exist to ensure that the Club remains a space for builders, thinkers, and disciplined contributors rather than spectators or temporary participants.
2.5 The following ten (10) standards constitute the operational and cultural expectations upon which all Members are evaluated, guided, and, where necessary, disciplined. Each standard represents a pillar of conduct that must be demonstrated consistently across all levels of engagement within the Club.
2.6 COMMITMENT STANDARD: TIME, ENERGY, AND EFFORT
The foundation of all progress within TFGI is commitment. The founders understand, from firsthand experience, that meaningful outcomes are not accidental but are the result of consistent presence, effort, and intentional engagement. The early stages of the Club were defined by individuals who showed up, often without recognition, without instruction, and without guarantee of reward. That standard remains unchanged.
Members are therefore expected to commit their time, energy, and effort toward the advancement of the Club. Participation is not measured by affiliation alone, but by presence, contribution, and consistency. Passive membership is inconsistent with the culture of TFGI. Members must actively engage in meetings, initiatives, discussions, and responsibilities, whether physically or through digital platforms.
Absence without engagement weakens collective momentum, while consistent presence strengthens it. Within this ecosystem, showing up is not symbolic — it is operational. Those who belong must move, and those who move are those who grow.
2.7 SACRIFICE AND FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION STANDARD
The founders recognize that before any structure generated value, it required investment — of time, effort, and financial resources — often without assurance of return. That principle forms a permanent pillar within the Club. Growth requires contribution, and sustainability demands shared responsibility.
Every Member is therefore expected to contribute financially in accordance with the Club’s established frameworks. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, subscriptions, dues, levies, and initiative-specific contributions. However, beyond financial input, Members are expected to contribute belief — a commitment to building before benefiting.
Transparency, accountability, and trust govern all financial processes within the Club. Members must understand that contribution is not transactional, but foundational. The principle remains clear: those who benefit must first build.
2.8 VISION ALIGNMENT STANDARD: THINK LIKE FOUNDERS
TFGI is not built on short-term thinking or casual association. It is a vision-driven ecosystem designed to create long-term impact and generational value. The founders have consistently operated with a mindset that looks beyond immediate outcomes toward sustainable legacy.
Members are expected to internalize this vision and align their personal growth, ambitions, and contributions with the broader direction of the Club. This requires a shift from passive participation to active ownership. Members must think beyond individual benefit and consider the collective progress and long-term positioning of the ecosystem.
Alignment is not declared — it is demonstrated. It is reflected in decisions, actions, and priorities. Within TFGI, Members are not followers of a system; they are contributors to a vision.
2.9 INITIATIVE STANDARD: ACTION WITHOUT PROMPT
A defining characteristic of the Club’s formation has been initiative — the ability to act without waiting for instruction, to lead without waiting for permission, and to solve problems without waiting for direction. The founders did not rely on reminders; they became the drivers of progress.
This standard is now expected of all Members. Responsibility within TFGI is not passive or reactive; it is proactive. Members must demonstrate the ability to identify gaps, take ownership of responsibilities, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Silence, hesitation, or dependency cannot be allowed to stall progress. Where action is required, Members are expected to respond. Where leadership is absent, Members are expected to step forward. Initiative is not optional — it is a defining trait of belonging.
2.10 INTEGRITY AND LOYALTY STANDARD
Integrity is the binding force that holds the Club together. The founders have demonstrated, through their actions, that ethical clarity must take precedence over convenience, and that decisions must be made in the best interest of the collective, even when personally difficult.
Members are expected to operate with honesty, transparency, and accountability in all matters relating to the Club. Conflicts of interest, whether actual or perceived, must be disclosed promptly. Loyalty to the Club’s vision and principles must take precedence over personal gain or external influence.
Without integrity, structure collapses. Without loyalty, vision fragments. These principles are therefore non-negotiable within TFGI.
2.11 FOUNDATIONAL CONTRIBUTION STANDARD: BUILD BEFORE YOU BELONG
Membership within TFGI is not granted solely on the basis of interest or affiliation. It is earned through contribution. The founders understand that true belonging is created through effort, service, and participation long before benefits are realized.
New and existing Members alike are expected to contribute meaningfully to the Club’s operations, initiatives, and growth. This may include service in projects, support in execution, mentorship, or participation in foundational activities.
This standard ensures that the Club remains a builder’s ecosystem, where value is created collectively and where belonging is defined by contribution rather than entitlement.
2.12 LEGACY STANDARD: THINK BEYOND THE PRESENT
The Club operates with a long-term perspective, where every action, initiative, and decision is considered within the context of future impact. The founders have consistently built systems and structures intended to outlive their immediate involvement.
Members are therefore expected to adopt a legacy mindset — to think beyond immediate gains and consider the sustainability, continuity, and future value of their contributions. Leadership within TFGI is not measured by visibility alone, but by the durability of impact created over time.
This is not a space for temporary engagement. It is a system designed for long-term builders.
2.13 EXCELLENCE AND CONTINUOUS LEARNING STANDARD
The Club is built on a culture of growth, learning, and continuous improvement. The founders have demonstrated a commitment to intellectual development, knowledge sharing, and the pursuit of excellence in all areas of operation.
Members are expected to actively engage in learning opportunities, participate in discussions, attend sessions, and contribute intellectually to the ecosystem. Mediocrity, complacency, and stagnation are inconsistent with the standards of the Club.
Excellence is not a one-time achievement; it is a continuous process of refinement, discipline, and intentional growth.
2.14 RESPECT AND DISCRETION STANDARD
Respect is fundamental to all interactions within the Club. Members are expected to treat one another, as well as all stakeholders, with professionalism, dignity, and fairness, regardless of position, background, or perspective.
Discretion is equally critical. Members must handle internal matters, sensitive information, and interpersonal dynamics with maturity, restraint, and confidentiality. Gossip, misrepresentation, and careless communication undermine trust and are therefore unacceptable.
The Club maintains a culture of respect not as a formality, but as a foundational requirement for unity and collaboration.
2.15 BRAND AND IMAGE STANDARD
TFGI is not merely an internal ecosystem; it is a visible and evolving brand that represents innovation, discipline, and impact. Every Member contributes to how the Club is perceived both internally and externally.
Members are therefore expected to uphold the image of the Club through their conduct, communication, and representation in all environments. This includes both physical interactions and digital presence across social media and other platforms.
The actions of each Member reflect upon the entire ecosystem. Upholding the brand is not a responsibility of leadership alone — it is a collective obligation.
2.16 These Foundational Standards shall serve as the guiding principles for all Member conduct within the Club and shall inform the interpretation, application, and enforcement of all subsequent provisions within this Code of Conduct.
3. CORE CONDUCT PRINCIPLES
3.1 The Core Conduct Principles established under this Section translate the Foundational Standards of the Club into actionable expectations that govern the day-to-day behavior, decision-making, and engagement of every Member within The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI). These principles define not only what Members are expected to believe, but how they are required to act in practice.
3.2 Members shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner that reflects discipline, responsibility, and alignment with the objectives of the Club. Conduct shall be measured not only by visible participation, but by consistency, reliability, and the quality of engagement demonstrated across all Club activities.
3.3 Every Member is expected to take personal responsibility for their role within the Club, recognizing that collective progress is dependent upon individual accountability. Tasks, roles, and responsibilities assigned to Members must be executed with diligence, timeliness, and a commitment to excellence.
3.4 Members shall demonstrate proactive engagement by identifying opportunities for improvement, addressing gaps, and contributing solutions without requiring constant direction or supervision. Passive observation without contribution shall be considered inconsistent with the expectations of membership.
3.5 Members are required to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication, whether verbal, written, or digital. Communication must be clear, respectful, constructive, and aligned with the values of the Club, avoiding language or tone that may be deemed offensive, dismissive, or disruptive.
3.6 Members shall uphold a culture of respect in all interactions, ensuring that differing opinions, perspectives, and contributions are engaged with maturity and openness. Disagreement shall be expressed constructively and shall not devolve into conflict, hostility, or personal attack.
3.7 Members shall refrain from any conduct that may undermine trust within the Club, including but not limited to misinformation, misrepresentation, deliberate omission of critical information, or actions that compromise transparency and accountability.
3.8 Members are expected to honor all commitments made within the Club, including attendance, participation in initiatives, and execution of assigned duties. Failure to meet commitments without reasonable justification shall be regarded as a breach of conduct expectations.
3.9 Members shall demonstrate consistency in engagement, recognizing that irregular participation, selective involvement, or convenience-based contribution weakens the operational stability of the Club.
3.10 Members are required to act in good faith in all dealings within the Club, ensuring that decisions, actions, and contributions are guided by the collective interest rather than personal advantage.
3.11 Members shall exercise sound judgment in all matters relating to the Club, including decision-making, communication, and representation. Reckless, impulsive, or poorly considered actions that may negatively impact the Club shall be strictly avoided.
3.12 Members are expected to demonstrate adaptability and openness to feedback, recognizing that continuous improvement is a core principle of the Club’s culture. Constructive criticism shall be received and applied in good faith.
3.13 Members shall actively contribute to maintaining a positive, solution-oriented environment within the Club. Negativity, unnecessary criticism, or behavior that discourages participation or innovation shall be considered inconsistent with the expectations of conduct.
3.14 Members are required to maintain confidentiality and discretion in their interactions, ensuring that sensitive information, internal discussions, and member-related matters are handled responsibly and not disclosed inappropriately.
3.15 Members shall represent the Club with integrity and professionalism in all external engagements, recognizing that their actions and conduct directly influence the public perception and credibility of TFGI.
3.16 Members are expected to demonstrate leadership in conduct regardless of formal position, understanding that influence within the Club is not limited to title but is reflected through behavior, initiative, and consistency.
3.17 Members shall refrain from engaging in behavior that disrupts the functioning of the Club, including unnecessary delays, obstruction of processes, or refusal to cooperate with established systems and procedures.
3.18 Members are required to respect the time, effort, and contributions of others by being punctual, prepared, and engaged in all meetings, activities, and collaborative efforts.
3.19 Members shall uphold the principle of fairness in all interactions, ensuring that opportunities, recognition, and responsibilities are approached with objectivity and without bias or favoritism.
3.20 Members are expected to continuously align their behavior with the evolving standards of the Club, recognizing that conduct expectations may grow in scope and depth as the ecosystem expands.
3.21 The principles outlined in this Section shall serve as the primary reference point for evaluating Member behavior and shall guide all subsequent disciplinary, governance, and enforcement actions within the Club.
4. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES AND PARTICIPATION
4.1 Membership within The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) is founded upon active participation, shared responsibility, and consistent engagement. The Club operates as a contribution-driven ecosystem in which every Member is expected to play a functional role in advancing its objectives, initiatives, and long-term vision.
4.2 Members are required to actively participate in all official Club activities, including but not limited to meetings, forums, initiatives, projects, and collaborative engagements. Participation shall not be limited to attendance alone but shall extend to meaningful involvement, contribution, and follow-through.
4.3 Members shall prioritize attendance and punctuality in all scheduled engagements, recognizing that time is a shared resource within the Club. Repeated lateness, absence without communication, or disregard for scheduled activities shall be considered a breach of participation expectations.
4.4 Members are expected to maintain consistent engagement across Club platforms, including digital communication channels, collaborative systems, and operational platforms. Silence, prolonged inactivity, or selective engagement without valid justification shall be deemed inconsistent with membership obligations.
4.5 Each Member shall take responsibility for assigned roles, tasks, or duties within the Club and shall execute such responsibilities with diligence, accountability, and professionalism. Failure to fulfill assigned responsibilities without reasonable cause shall constitute a lapse in duty.
4.6 Members are required to demonstrate responsiveness in all matters relating to the Club, including communication, task execution, and participation in decision-making processes. Delayed responses, neglect of communication, or avoidance of responsibility shall undermine operational efficiency and shall not be tolerated.
4.7 Members shall actively seek opportunities to contribute beyond assigned roles by identifying gaps, proposing ideas, and supporting ongoing initiatives. Contribution within TFGI is not limited by role but is defined by willingness to act and add value.
4.8 Members are expected to participate in Club initiatives voluntarily and responsibly, understanding that engagement in such initiatives contributes to both personal growth and the advancement of the ecosystem.
4.9 Members shall demonstrate accountability for their actions and commitments within the Club. Where obligations cannot be met, Members are required to communicate promptly and provide reasonable justification in a manner that allows for continuity of operations.
4.10 Members are expected to maintain a high level of reliability, ensuring that commitments made within the Club are honored consistently. Dependability is considered a core requirement of membership and a key determinant of trust within the ecosystem.
4.11 Members shall avoid behavior that disrupts workflow, delays progress, or creates operational inefficiencies. This includes failure to complete assigned tasks, lack of preparation, or disregard for established timelines.
4.12 Members are required to contribute to the collective environment by supporting fellow Members, collaborating effectively, and promoting a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.
4.13 Members shall take ownership of their personal development within the Club by actively engaging in learning opportunities, leadership roles, mentorship programs, and capacity-building activities offered within the ecosystem.
4.14 Members are expected to demonstrate initiative in their participation, recognizing that leadership within the Club is not restricted to formal positions but is expressed through action, consistency, and contribution.
4.15 Members shall ensure that their level of participation remains aligned with the expectations of their membership class and category, recognizing that different membership structures may carry varying levels of responsibility and engagement requirements.
4.16 Members are required to uphold discipline in all forms of engagement, ensuring that their conduct, participation, and contribution align with the standards established under this Code.
4.17 Members shall avoid selective participation based solely on personal benefit or convenience and shall instead demonstrate commitment to the broader objectives of the Club.
4.18 Members are expected to remain informed about Club activities, updates, and developments by actively engaging with official communication channels and systems.
4.19 Members shall recognize that participation is a continuous obligation and not a one-time requirement, and that sustained engagement is necessary for both personal growth and institutional progress.
4.20 The responsibilities outlined in this Section shall form the basis upon which Member engagement is evaluated and shall inform performance, recognition, and disciplinary considerations within the Club.
5. ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
5.1 Members of The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) are required to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in all their actions, interactions, and representations within and outside the Club. Ethical conduct shall form the foundation upon which trust, credibility, and long-term sustainability of the ecosystem are built.
5.2 Members shall act with integrity at all times, ensuring that their words, decisions, and actions are honest, transparent, and consistent with the values and objectives of the Club. Any form of dishonesty, misrepresentation, or intentional omission of material information shall be considered a serious breach of conduct.

5.4 Members shall treat all individuals within the Club ecosystem with respect, dignity, and fairness, regardless of their position, background, experience, or perspective. Disrespectful behavior, discrimination, or any form of harassment shall be strictly prohibited.
5.5 Members are required to maintain emotional discipline and maturity in all interactions, ensuring that disagreements, frustrations, or differing opinions are managed constructively and without escalation into conflict or hostility.
5.6 Members shall avoid engaging in gossip, rumor-spreading, or any form of communication that undermines the reputation, credibility, or unity of the Club or its Members. Such behavior shall be regarded as destructive to the culture and shall not be tolerated.
5.7 Members are expected to uphold confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the Club, including internal discussions, strategies, member information, and sensitive operational details. Unauthorized disclosure of such information shall constitute a breach of trust and ethical responsibility.
5.8 Members shall act in good faith in all dealings, ensuring that their actions are guided by fairness, objectivity, and the collective interest of the Club rather than personal bias or advantage.
5.9 Members are required to avoid any form of misconduct that may damage the reputation or credibility of the Club, including inappropriate behavior in public spaces, misuse of authority, or actions that may bring the Club into disrepute.
5.10 Members shall demonstrate accountability for their actions and shall take responsibility for any errors, omissions, or misconduct, including willingness to correct, rectify, or address any negative impact caused.
5.11 Members are expected to uphold a culture of excellence by maintaining high standards in their conduct, work output, and interactions. Mediocrity, negligence, or careless behavior shall be inconsistent with the expectations of the Club.

5.14 Members shall maintain professionalism in conflict situations, ensuring that disputes are handled through appropriate channels and in a manner that preserves dignity, respect, and institutional integrity.
5.15 Members are expected to exercise sound judgment and discretion in all decisions and interactions, particularly where their actions may impact the Club, its Members, or its public image.
5.16 Members shall avoid any conduct that may create division, tension, or instability within the Club, including behavior that promotes exclusion, favoritism, or internal conflict.
5.17 Members are required to align their personal conduct with the standards expected of a disciplined and purpose-driven community, recognizing that membership within TFGI carries both responsibility and representation.
5.18 Members shall demonstrate consistency in ethical behavior, ensuring that standards are upheld not only when observed but also in private and informal contexts.
5.19 Members are expected to embody the values of the Club in both internal and external environments, recognizing that their personal conduct contributes to the overall perception and credibility of TFGI.
5.20 The provisions of this Section shall serve as the ethical benchmark for all Members and shall inform the assessment of conduct, disciplinary action, and governance decisions within the Club.
6. PERSONAL IDENTITY, DIGITAL AND PUBLIC CONDUCT
6.1 Membership within The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) is not limited to participation in activities or engagement within structured environments; it is a process of becoming. The Club is founded on the principle that every Member must evolve into a person of distinct character, discipline, and intentionality, such that their identity, conduct, and presence reflect a higher standard of personal and social responsibility.
6.2 A Member of TFGI is therefore expected to carry themselves in a manner that is recognizable by character, not by declaration. Just as one may identify a disciplined professional, a principled leader, or a devoted believer by their conduct, so too should a Member of the Club be identifiable through composure, clarity of thought, and consistency in behavior across all environments.
6.3 Members are expected to demonstrate a high level of personal discipline in speech, appearance, and conduct. This includes the use of respectful and intentional language, avoidance of vulgarity or careless expression, and the ability to communicate with clarity, purpose, and maturity in both formal and informal settings.
6.4 Members shall maintain a standard of physical grooming and presentation that reflects self-respect, order, and intentional living. Cleanliness, neatness, and appropriateness in dress and appearance are expected, particularly in environments where the Member engages with others or represents themselves in professional or structured contexts.
6.5 Members are expected to carry themselves with composure and self-control, avoiding impulsive, erratic, or attention-seeking behavior. Emotional discipline, restraint, and awareness of context shall guide how Members act and respond in both private and public interactions.
6.6 Members shall demonstrate consistency in character, ensuring that their behavior does not fluctuate based on environment, audience, or convenience. Integrity within TFGI requires that a Member remains the same in private as they are in public — grounded, respectful, and accountable.
6.7 Members are expected to cultivate a presence that commands respect through substance rather than noise. This includes thoughtful participation in conversations, meaningful contributions in discussions, and avoidance of unnecessary attention-seeking or disruptive behavior.
6.8 Members shall exercise responsibility in their digital presence, recognizing that online behavior forms part of their identity. Content shared, language used, and interactions engaged in across digital platforms must reflect maturity, discipline, and awareness of long-term personal and collective impact.
6.9 Members are required to avoid engaging in content or behavior that promotes recklessness, disrespect, immorality, or lack of discipline, whether directly or indirectly. This includes association with conversations, platforms, or narratives that contradict the standards expected within the Club.
6.10 Members shall demonstrate awareness of how they are perceived, ensuring that their conduct builds credibility, trust, and respect in both personal and professional environments. Reputation within TFGI is not constructed through titles, but through consistent demonstration of character.
6.11 Members are expected to exercise discretion in speech and behavior, avoiding unnecessary exposure of personal matters, internal discussions, or sensitive information. Maturity is reflected not only in what is said, but in what is withheld.
6.12 Members shall avoid environments, associations, or behaviors that may compromise their judgment, discipline, or personal standards, recognizing that identity is shaped not only by action but by environment.
6.13 Members are expected to embody intentional living, where actions, decisions, and behaviors are guided by purpose rather than impulse. Every interaction, whether physical or digital, should reflect awareness, thoughtfulness, and alignment with personal and collective growth.
6.14 Members shall demonstrate humility in conduct, avoiding arrogance, superiority, or self-promotion that undermines the culture of respect and groundedness within the Club.
6.15 Members are required to maintain consistency in standards across all spaces, ensuring that their identity remains aligned regardless of whether they are within Club environments or in external settings.
6.16 Members shall recognize that they are not only participants within a system, but individuals undergoing transformation, and that their conduct is a reflection of both their personal growth and the discipline instilled within the Club.
6.17 The provisions of this Section are intended to shape not only behavior, but identity — establishing a standard of personhood that reflects discipline, intentionality, and long-term thinking.
7. MISCONDUCT AND PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
7.1 The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) is built on the deliberate formation of individuals whose conduct, discipline, and character distinguish them within any environment they operate. Accordingly, misconduct is not defined solely by actions that affect the Club internally, but also by any behavior that contradicts the standard of personhood expected of a Member and the identity the Club seeks to cultivate within society.
7.2 A Member of TFGI is expected to embody a level of responsibility, self-control, and moral clarity that is recognizable beyond the Club. Therefore, any behavior that diminishes personal credibility, weakens character, or reflects a lack of discipline shall be considered inconsistent with membership, regardless of whether such behavior occurs within or outside official Club environments.
7.3 Any form of dishonesty, including lying, manipulation, or intentional misrepresentation in personal, academic, professional, or social contexts, shall be considered a direct contradiction of the integrity expected of a Member and shall constitute misconduct.
7.4 A Member shall not engage in conduct that portrays irresponsibility, recklessness, or lack of self-governance, including behavior that suggests inability to manage personal decisions, commitments, or interactions in a disciplined manner.
7.5 The use of abusive, vulgar, or degrading language, whether in private conversations, public interactions, or digital platforms, shall be regarded as inconsistent with the standard of communication expected of a Member and shall constitute misconduct.

7.7 A Member shall not engage in any form of harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disrespect toward others, regardless of context, and such behavior shall be treated as a serious breach of both ethical conduct and personal integrity.
7.8 Any conduct that reflects lack of respect for societal norms of decency, including inappropriate public behavior, disorderliness, or actions that diminish personal dignity, shall be considered inconsistent with the identity of a TFGI Member.
7.9 A Member shall not engage in behavior that suggests lack of purpose, direction, or intentional living, including persistent patterns of idleness, irresponsibility, or disregard for personal growth and accountability.
7.10 Any association with environments, activities, or circles that promote indiscipline, unethical behavior, or compromised values, where such association influences or reflects upon the Member’s conduct, shall be subject to scrutiny and possible corrective action.
7.11 A Member shall not engage in conduct that portrays arrogance, entitlement, or misuse of identity, including behavior that seeks to elevate self at the expense of others or to derive undue recognition without substance.
7.12 Any misuse of digital platforms, including sharing of inappropriate content, engagement in unproductive or harmful discourse, or association with content that reflects poor judgment, shall be considered a breach of expected personal standards.
7.13 A Member shall not engage in public behavior that attracts negative attention, controversy, or reputational risk, particularly where such behavior contradicts the disciplined and intentional identity expected within TFGI.
7.14 Failure to maintain basic standards of personal grooming, presentation, and self-respect, particularly in environments where one is interacting with others, may be considered indicative of lack of discipline and shall be subject to evaluation within the broader context of personal conduct.
7.15 A Member shall not engage in any activity that demonstrates lack of accountability, including avoidance of responsibility, blame-shifting, or refusal to acknowledge personal shortcomings or mistakes.
7.16 Any conduct that reflects inconsistency in character, where a Member presents differently across environments in a manner that undermines integrity or authenticity, shall be considered a deviation from expected standards.
7.17 A Member shall not engage in conduct that compromises trust, including betrayal of confidence, misuse of relationships, or actions that weaken the reliability expected of individuals within the Club.
7.18 Engagement in any form of unethical, unlawful, or socially irresponsible behavior, whether directly or indirectly, shall constitute misconduct and may attract serious disciplinary consequences.
7.19 A Member shall not use their association with TFGI to justify, conceal, or legitimize behavior that is inconsistent with the standards of discipline, integrity, and intentional living expected within the Club.
7.20 Any behavior that reflects a lack of respect for growth, learning, or self-improvement, including deliberate resistance to development or persistent disregard for constructive feedback, may be considered inconsistent with membership expectations.
7.21 A Member shall not engage in conduct that reflects poor judgment in decision-making, particularly where such decisions result in reputational, relational, or personal consequences that contradict the expected standard of discipline.
7.22 Any behavior that undermines the perception of a TFGI Member as a disciplined, responsible, and purpose-driven individual within the community shall be subject to review under this Section.
7.23 A Member shall not engage in conduct that weakens their ability to serve as a role model, whether through inconsistency, irresponsibility, or disregard for values.
7.24 Misconduct under this Section shall be interpreted not only as violation of rules but as deviation from identity, and shall therefore be assessed with consideration to both action and character.
7.25 The provisions of this Section are intended to ensure that every Member of TFGI is not only compliant within the Club but is also recognizable within the community as an individual of discipline, integrity, and intentional living.
7.26 A Member of TFGI is expected to demonstrate a consistent sense of self-awareness, where they understand their strengths, weaknesses, and responsibilities, and actively work toward self-improvement without external pressure or constant supervision.
7.27 A Member shall embody discipline in personal habits, including time management, organization, and consistency in daily routines, reflecting a life that is structured with intention rather than driven by impulse or convenience.
7.28 A Member is expected to demonstrate emotional maturity in all interactions, ensuring that decisions and responses are guided by reason, patience, and reflection rather than anger, pressure, or temporary emotion.
7.29 A Member shall carry themselves with humility, recognizing that growth is continuous and that every stage of development offers opportunities to learn, unlearn, and improve.
7.30 A Member is expected to demonstrate reliability, ensuring that when they commit to a task, responsibility, or promise, they follow through with consistency and accountability.
7.31 A Member shall cultivate a mindset of excellence, where mediocrity is not accepted as a standard, and where personal output, conduct, and contribution are continuously refined toward higher quality.
7.32 A Member is expected to demonstrate initiative in their environment, taking responsibility for identifying needs, proposing solutions, and acting without waiting for constant instruction or direction.
7.33 A Member shall develop the habit of critical thinking, where decisions are made based on reasoning, analysis, and long-term impact rather than emotion, pressure, or short-term gain.
7.34 A Member is expected to demonstrate respect in all forms of communication, ensuring that their language, tone, and behavior uphold the dignity of others at all times.
7.35 A Member shall maintain consistency between their words and actions, ensuring that what they say aligns with what they do, thereby building trust and credibility over time.
7.36 A Member is expected to develop resilience, where challenges, setbacks, or failures are treated as opportunities for learning and growth rather than reasons for withdrawal or discouragement.
7.37 A Member shall demonstrate responsibility in decision-making, understanding that their choices have consequences not only for themselves but for the wider community they are part of.
7.38 A Member is expected to maintain a sense of purpose in their daily life, ensuring that their actions are guided by direction, vision, and intentional contribution rather than aimless activity.

8. DISCIPLINARY FRAMEWORK AND ENFORCEMENT
8.1 The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) recognizes that for any structured community to maintain integrity, consistency, and long-term sustainability, there must exist a clear, fair, and transparent disciplinary framework. This framework is not designed to punish Members, but to preserve standards, guide correction, and reinforce the values upon which the Club is built.
8.2 Disciplinary action shall only be initiated where there is reasonable belief that a Member has engaged in conduct that contravenes the Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, Governance Framework, or any established standard of expected behavior within the Club.
8.3 The disciplinary process shall be guided by the principles of fairness, proportionality, accountability, and restoration, ensuring that Members are given an opportunity to understand concerns raised against them and respond appropriately before any final determination is made.
8.4 Depending on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the conduct in question, the Club may apply a range of corrective measures including verbal warning, written warning, temporary suspension, restriction of access to certain privileges, mandatory corrective engagement, or any other appropriate remedial action.
8.5 In cases where misconduct is minor or isolated, the primary objective shall be corrective guidance aimed at realigning the Member with expected standards, rather than immediate punitive action.
8.6 Where misconduct is repeated, deliberate, or shows disregard for prior corrective measures, the Club reserves the right to escalate disciplinary response in order to preserve the integrity and discipline of the ecosystem.
8.7 Serious violations that involve dishonesty, abuse of trust, financial misconduct, or behavior that significantly undermines the reputation or functioning of the Club may result in suspension or termination of membership, subject to review by the relevant governing authority.
8.8 The Member shall, where necessary, be notified of allegations or concerns raised against them and may be given an opportunity to present their explanation, clarification, or defense before a final decision is made.
8.9 The Club reserves the right to conduct internal reviews, fact-finding inquiries, or assessments where necessary to establish clarity and truth regarding any reported misconduct or concern.
8.10 All disciplinary decisions shall be made within the authority of the Club’s governance structures, and such decisions shall be considered final within the internal operational framework of TFGI, subject to any applicable review mechanisms established by the Constitution.
8.11 Disciplinary measures are intended to uphold the long-term vision of the Club and are therefore applied not only in response to individual conduct, but also in consideration of their impact on the broader community and ecosystem.
8.12 The Club recognizes that growth and development are ongoing processes; therefore, disciplinary mechanisms shall also serve as opportunities for reflection, correction, and realignment with expected standards of conduct and identity.
8.13 Members are expected to cooperate fully with any disciplinary process, including providing accurate information, attending requested discussions, and engaging constructively with corrective guidance.
8.14 Any attempt to obstruct, distort, or undermine the disciplinary process, including providing false information or influencing outcomes improperly, shall itself constitute additional misconduct.
8.15 The confidentiality of disciplinary proceedings shall be maintained to the extent necessary to protect all parties involved, preserve dignity, and ensure fairness throughout the process.
8.16 The Club reserves the right to determine the appropriate communication of disciplinary outcomes, ensuring that any disclosure remains consistent with confidentiality obligations and institutional integrity.
8.17 The application of disciplinary measures shall be consistent, impartial, and guided by the principle that all Members are held to the same standard of behavior regardless of status, role, or duration of membership.
8.18 Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted as limiting the Club’s inherent authority to protect its values, systems, members, and long-term vision from conduct that may cause harm or instability.
8.19 The disciplinary framework is designed to ensure that every Member remains aligned not only with rules, but with the identity, discipline, and purpose expected of individuals within the TFGI ecosystem.
8.20 Ultimately, the objective of this Section is to preserve a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence, ensuring that discipline is understood not as control, but as a foundation for collective strength and sustainability.
9. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION AND EXIT OF MEMBERSHIP
9.1 Membership within The Fortune Getters Investors Club (TFGI) is granted on a conditional and ongoing basis, subject to continuous compliance with the Governance Framework, Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and all applicable Club standards. Accordingly, membership does not constitute a permanent entitlement but remains subject to review throughout the Member’s engagement with the Club.
9.2 The Club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate membership where there is reasonable evidence of conduct, behavior, or circumstances that are inconsistent with the expectations, values, or operational requirements of the Club.
9.3 Suspension of membership may occur as a temporary corrective measure, applied where further assessment, clarification, or behavioral correction is required before a final decision regarding membership status is made.
9.4 During a period of suspension, a Member may have limited or fully restricted access to Club systems, activities, communication channels, or privileges, depending on the nature of the concern under review.
9.5 Termination of membership may occur where a Member is found to have committed serious or repeated violations of the Terms, including but not limited to misconduct, dishonesty, financial default, breach of confidentiality, or actions that significantly undermine the integrity or stability of the Club.
9.6 The Club may also terminate membership where a Member demonstrates persistent disengagement, lack of participation, or failure to fulfill fundamental responsibilities associated with membership, thereby indicating a breakdown in alignment with the objectives of the ecosystem.
9.7 A Member may voluntarily exit the Club by submitting a formal notice of resignation, subject to completion of any outstanding obligations, responsibilities, or pending commitments as determined by the relevant Club structures.
9.8 Any voluntary exit shall be processed in a structured manner to ensure proper closure of accounts, responsibilities, and records, and to maintain institutional order and accountability.
9.9 The Club reserves the right to delay or condition the approval of an exit request where unresolved obligations, financial commitments, or active responsibilities require completion prior to formal release.
9.10 Termination or exit from membership shall not absolve a Member from responsibilities or obligations incurred during the period of active membership, particularly those relating to confidentiality, financial commitments, or conduct-related liabilities.
9.11 Obligations relating to confidentiality, non-disclosure, intellectual property, and protection of Club interests shall survive termination of membership and remain enforceable beyond the duration of active participation.
9.12 The Club reserves the right to restrict future re-admission of a former Member depending on the circumstances under which membership was terminated or exited, including conduct history and compliance record.
9.13 Any reapplication for membership following termination shall be subject to full review and approval under the standard admission process, and prior membership shall not guarantee acceptance.
9.14 The Club may, at its discretion, maintain internal records of membership history for purposes of governance, accountability, and institutional memory, even after termination or exit.
9.15 Members acknowledge that termination or suspension is not intended as punishment but as a governance mechanism to preserve the integrity, discipline, and long-term sustainability of the Club.
9.16 The Club shall endeavor, where appropriate, to communicate the reasons for suspension or termination in a manner that maintains dignity, fairness, and respect for the Member concerned.
9.17 Any attempt by a Member to evade responsibilities, conceal obligations, or avoid accountability prior to exit shall be treated as a breach of these Terms and may influence the outcome of the exit process.
9.18 Upon termination or exit, the Member shall cease to represent themselves as an active Member of the Club and shall discontinue any use of Club identity, branding, or representation in any form.
9.19 The provisions of this Section shall be interpreted in alignment with the overall Governance Framework, ensuring that all decisions regarding membership status are made in good faith, with due regard for fairness, institutional integrity, and long-term vision.
9.20 This Section establishes that membership is a structured journey with defined entry, participation, and exit principles, ensuring that the Club remains aligned, disciplined, and focused on its foundational objectives at all times.

10.18 A TFGI Member is expected to uphold fairness in contribution behavior, ensuring that they neither overpromise nor underdeliver in ways that disrupt collective planning and execution.
10.19 Members shall maintain respect for collective systems of contribution, recognizing that these structures exist to support sustainability, equity, and shared progress within the Club.
10.20 Ultimately, contribution discipline reflects personal identity, and within TFGI, every Member is expected to embody responsibility, reliability, and integrity in all forms of participation.

11.12 A TFGI Member is expected to demonstrate leadership by example, influencing others positively through action, discipline, and consistency rather than words alone.
11.13 The Club recognizes that individuals come from diverse backgrounds; however, membership requires a unified commitment to the principles, values, and behavioral expectations established within this Code of Conduct.
